OUR MISSION
IKE is one of the few, if any, Nonprofit organizations dedicated to introducing youth between the ages of 14- 18 to all aspects of the Insurance/Financial industries. Our mission is clear- IKE endeavors to create the next generation of Insurance/ Financial professionals by making them aware of these opportunities and providing a clear, directed pathway into these industries.
OBJECTIVES
- Introduce 2500 youth annually to the Insurance industry.
- Place 50 youths in summer internships with major Insurance carriers.
Third Party Administrators. - Assist in enrolling 250 high school seniors annually in Insurance & Risk Management Programs in various Colleges/Universities.
- Assist in placing 250 new college graduates annually in positions within the Insurance industry.
- Match youth with Insurance professionals for career mentorships.
