Insurance Knowledge Evolution (IKE)  is a 501c3 organization that is based and services youth along the eastern seaboard of the U.S. IKE was founded in early 2023 with a focus on attracting more female and minority youth, between the ages of 15-21, into the insurance industry. The Industry predicts that there will be more than 300K high-salary insurance jobs that will open up in the next 4-6 years.  By introducing and preparing 2500+ youth to insurance annually, IKE is helping the industry to develop the next generation of Insurance professionals.
